We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Advanced Notice
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment, call 408.550.9796 and leave a message. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a ‘no-show’. They will be charged for their missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late/not present, your session may be postponed. Depending upon how late you arrive, the practitioner will then determine if there is enough time remaining to complete a treatment. If the session is postponed due to lack of time left, you will be responsible for full payment of the session. Out of respect and consideration to other customers and your NST practitioner, please plan accordingly to be present and on time at the location arranged.
